Leading Change in a Fractured World
Come September 2018, the Series will showcase a full day seminar on “Leading Change in a Fractured World”. It will offer unique insights and intensive discussion on the kind of leadership required in today’s world: a world filled with surprise, uncertainty, complex, messy challenges with urgency for change.
This seminar is led by Prof Dean Williams, who is the author of “Leadership for a Fractured World: How to Cross Boundaries, Build Bridges, and Lead Change.” Originally from Australia, he has been a faculty member at Harvard University for 20 years, based at the Harvard Kennedy School’s Center for Public Leadership. Today, Dean works with businesses, governments, and institutions around the world on building leadership capacity to respond to the demands of leading in a complex world.
