Armed with the conviction that executive search should be about helping people, The People At Work was founded on Feb 11, 2000.

We have since grown into a regional group with an extensive track record across a number of industries: consumer, retail, e-commerce, healthcare, real estate, hospitality, automotive, heavy industry and private equity/venture capital.  Over the years, we have also put increased focus in these key verticals: Healthcare, Consumer, Industrial, Automotive and Private Equity.

Our work has brought us all over Asia including Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, India, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Korea and Japan; and even Mongolia.
