Our role does not end when we find the right candidate. The People At Work support our clients and candidates through career counseling, offer development, package negotiations all through to the on-boarding process by managing expectations and providing professional counsel and market information to both parties. We continue on to assist the candidate from commencement of employment to integration and adaptation to the new environment.
